Areas and lead times
We deliver to all 24 governorates. Greater Tunis: 24 to 48 hours. Other regions: 48 to 72 hours.

Delivery fees
Standard delivery: 7 TND in Greater Tunis, 9 TND elsewhere. Express: 12 TND / 16 TND. Store pickup is free. Standard delivery is free on orders above 800 TND.

Tracking your order
Every order moves through clear statuses — confirmed, processing, out for delivery, delivered — visible any time from your account's orders page.

Returns
Any issue must be reported within 7 days. An unopened product in its original packaging can be returned or exchanged. Return shipping for a non-defective product is at the customer's expense.
