Every product we sell is imported through official channels and carries the manufacturer's warranty stated on its product page — 12 months on most components and peripherals, 24 months on assembled custom PCs.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects and hardware failure occurring under normal use are covered for the full warranty period, at no cost to you.
What's not covered
Accidental, liquid or physical damage, unauthorized repair or modification, damage from operating outside manufacturer specification, and normal wear items such as cables or batteries are excluded.
Custom build assembly warranty
Custom builds carry an additional 24-month workmanship warranty covering our assembly — cabling, cooling, thermal paste and component seating — separate from each part's own manufacturer warranty.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your order number and a description or photos of the issue. We'll advise on repair, replacement, or return to the manufacturer, and keep you updated at every step. Reach us at contact@infinity-informatique.tn or +216 71 000 000.
