Terms & conditions of sale

These terms govern all sales made on Infinity Informatique. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars, all taxes included. Delivery fees are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

Infinity Informatique may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one in effect when the order is placed.

An order is firm once confirmed by the customer and validated by our team. If a product becomes unavailable after the order, the customer is notified and refunded where applicable.

Payment is made by cash on delivery or by bank transfer. For a bank transfer, products are reserved once payment is received.

Indicative lead times are 24 to 72 working hours depending on the governorate. A delivery delay does not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation, except in the case of gross negligence.

Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty stated on each product page. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or accidental damage.
